Shipments and returns

Your order's shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of order and are shipped via Correos with tracking and drop off with signature.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, so it is important that you provide your contact information.

The transportation company will intent to deliver twice, after the product will be available for pickup at the closest Correos to your address for 15 days. If, for any reason the pickup is not done, they will return the product to us. A reshipping will apply new fees.

The machines and accessories have delivery time different depending on each provider and it does not apply same delivery rules as for coffee items.

Due to the nature of our product, our apologies, we do not accept returns.
